"I had a wonderful conversation with Aubrey (and I emailed her to express this)-- she was kind, approachable (so important), and knowledgeable. I wanted to complete this test not only for myself; but for the ability to be able to recommend to clients, Instagram followers, and more so firefighters. My experience so far has been great, and I've already recommended your services, specifically the gut testing after my phone call with Aubrey to some other healthcare professionals and some friends. I've always been one to preach that we all are our own advocates for our health; which means that we have to do our own research and use our bodies as experiments. I also stress the importance of how food impacts our bodies; and love focusing on the gut/ immune connection. Sometimes that involves thinking "differently" or taking different approaches or tests to combine western and holistic medicine / practices. This kind of testing (like gut sequencing) and approach can sometimes be frowned upon and others praised; I was genuinely happy with how well Biohm did with explanation for lay audience, counseling skills, and having general evidence based research to back up claims. Looking forward to incorporating a few of Aubrey's suggestions to see how they impact my gut health!"
