Apple Carrot Muffins

- 1 medium grated apple
- 2 large grated carrot sticks
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 BIOHM Probiotic Supplement Powders
- Preheat oven to 350° and prepare muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Mix all wet ingredients together until well combined.
- Mix all dry ingredients to a seperate bowl and once mixed, gradually add stir them into the wet ingredients.
- Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
