There's nothing like a gut-friendly smoothie bowl to keep you full and satisfied until lunch!
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop BIOHM Super Greens Probiotic Powder
- 1/2 cup kale
