Winter Fruit Salad Parfait
With yummy fruit still in abundance, it’s easy to whip up these delicious parfaits. Perfect for a snack, breakfast or on the go dessert!
Ingredients:
- 3 graham crackers, crushed
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- Red grapes
- Mandarin oranges
- Blueberries
- Mint
Instructions:
Add crushed crackers to the bottom of a glass. Scoop in yogurt and top with fresh fruit and mint. Enjoy!
