The Pigs:
4 medium sized hot dogs (We recommend an organic hotdog, or trying turkey or chicken instead of beef or pork. You can even use meatless hot dogs — soy based tofu dogs!)

Instructions:
+ Cut each hot dog into 3 equal sized pieces and set aside.
+ Melt mozzarella and combine with almond flour and egg.
+ Add in baking powder, garlic powder and salt. Combine well.
+ Form dough in hands and cut it into 12 equal sized pieces and roll into small dough balls.
+ The crust can be a bit sticky, so we recommend using a parchment linked baking sheet.
+ Press each dough ball into a flat oval shape.
+ Place each hot dog into the dough and wrap that piggy up!
+ Sprinkle with sesame seeds. You may need to press them into the dough so that they stick.
+ Place pigs in the oven at 350 degrees for about 17 - 20 minutes.
+ Serve warm and ENJOY!
