Gut-Friendly Red, White and Blue Parfait
No need to sacrifice your health this Memorial Day when you can have low-sugar, good-for-the-gut treats! These parfaits make hosting a breeze and your guests can indulge in them guilt-free!
- 1 quart vanilla Greek yogurt
- 8-10 strawberries
- 1 basket blueberries
- Chop strawberries and place on the bottom of each jar.
- Add yogurt, blueberries, granola and strawberries again.
- Continue until you finish with one strawberry on top!
Pro tip: For an added blueberry superfood boost, you can also mix in a scoop of our BIOHM Super Greens with your Greek yogurt. (It will turn it green, though!!)
