Gut-Friendly Red, White and Blue Parfait

No need to sacrifice your health this Memorial Day when you can have low-sugar, good-for-the-gut treats! These parfaits make hosting a breeze and your guests can indulge in them guilt-free! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 8-10 strawberries
  • 1 basket blueberries
  • Granola

Instructions:

  1. Chop strawberries and place on the bottom of each jar.
  2. Add yogurt, blueberries, granola and strawberries again.
  3. Continue until you finish with one strawberry on top!


Pro tip: For an added superfood boost, you can also mix in a scoop of our BIOHM Super Greens or BIOHM Super Reds with your Greek yogurt. (It will turn it green, though!!)
