Hydration Smoothie
Although it isn’t watermelon season, you can usually still find these big beautiful fruits all year round in your local stores. Their hydration benefits to the body are key during the dry, winter months and make a tasty smoothie with limes and mint.
Ingredients:
- 1 mini watermelon
- Juice from one lime
- 1 cup coconut water
- 8-10 ice cubes
Instructions:
Add watermelon, lime juice, coconut water and ice cubes to a blender. Pour into a glass and serve cold.
