PB&J Superfood Energy Balls

Not only is this snack packed with flavor, but it's also loaded with protein + fiber to keep you full and satisfied!
PB&J Superfood Energy Balls Recipe

Makes: 20 Energy Balls

Serving Size: 2 Energy Balls

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 scoops unflavored collagen powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 scoops BIOHM Super Greens 
  • 1 splash of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

Instructions: Add all ingredients into a food processor. Process until well mixed and a solid dough forms. Using your hands, roll dough into 20 energy balls. Press the dough firmly to hold together. Place energy balls on parchment paper and let chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!

*Pro tip: For extra flavor, before placing your energy balls in the freezer to chill, roll them in cinnamon. You won't regret it!
