Spice it up and make your own probiotic seasoning blend! 

Ingredients: 
1 BIOHM Probiotic capsule contents 
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast 

You can also add a pinch of garlic powder or parmsean cheese! Get creative! 
 

Instructions: In a small bowl, stir dry ingredients together. Sprinkle on top of freshly popped popcorn, sweet potato fries, or your favorite snack for an added probiotic boost.
