Peach Berry Smoothie

Drink up! This smoothie is jam packed with fruits, probiotics and deliciousness!


Peach Layer

  • 1 peach, frozen
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup coconut or almond milk
  • BIOHM Probiotic capsule, opened
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice

Berry Layer

  • ½ packet frozen acai
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 banana


Puree peach layer then pour into glass. Place glass in the freezer. Wash out blender and add berry ingredients. Spoon mixture on top of peach layer. Top with blueberries peach slices.
